Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We can also cancel or modify your order as long as your order has not yet shipped.
If you wish to return, cancel or modify your order for any reason, please reach out to us through one of the following ways:

If your order is damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange to send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
If your order is no longer wanted, you'll need to return the items to us, with your proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and still sealed in any original factory packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 1 working day.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We'll be sure to evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You'll be refunded to your original payment method. We issue refunds within 2 working days of receiving your order back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
